Felice Turco is the Managing Director and owner of Galileo S.p.A. Son of Mrs. Santa Sais, who created Sais S.r.l. and broadened the prospects for development of the furniture and homeware sector as early as the 1970s, he was born and raised in the world of entrepreneurship, with a passion for home décor and a strong openness to new markets. At a young age, after completing his studies in Business Administration, he began to travel to the major production centres of ceramics and pottery in the world to discover new products, trends and sources of supply for the family company.

The great experience he gained over the years led him to create a new company, Galileo S.p.A., born from the split of Sais S.r.l. in 2005. Dynamism, the ability to anticipate new market trends, and a winning production and sales strategy have meant that, under his direction, Galileo has become a reference point for large-scale retail, department stores, wholesalers and specialised retail.

Barbara Vitale is the eclectic soul of the company. Her great creativity, combined with her problem-solving skills, guided her in the creation of the VdE brand, whose purchasing and sales she manages. She personally oversaw the launch of the brand, which has since established itself internationally. Over the years she has succeeded in bringing fashion to the table: she has reinterpreted the great classics and explored new combinations of decorations and materials.

She sees the table setting as an experience and is the bearer of a distinctive, personalised storytelling. Creativity combined with experimentation also finds its application in the commercial area, supporting the intuition of design.
